Applications for the "SvitloDim" program have started, offering assistance ranging from UAH 100,000 to UAH 300,000 for the purchase of energy equipment for multi-story buildings. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko, writes UNN.
Starting today, applications for "SvitloDim" have opened — a program to support apartment buildings for autonomous power supply during long outages. HOAs, housing and service cooperatives, and managers of apartment buildings of any form of ownership can now submit an application online through "Diia" on the SvitloDim website (svitlodim.gov.ua)
She noted that within the framework of the program, the state provides assistance from UAH 100,000 to UAH 300,000 for the purchase of gasoline, diesel or gas generators, batteries, inverters, solar panels, and other energy equipment for the operation of key life support systems.
The Prime Minister noted that the amount of assistance depends on the number of floors in the building and the number of entrances.
Svyrydenko emphasized that in order to submit an application, it is necessary to open a special account with targeted use in "Oschadbank" or another bank that will join the program. Applications are reviewed and approved by the Commission under the Ministry of Development.
The program will operate during martial law in communities where an energy emergency has been officially recorded. In the first stage, this includes Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast
