In 10 months of operation of the "Army+" application, the military submitted 500,000 electronic reports – 1,800 per day. During this period, the application was implemented in more than 1,500 military units

- said Chernogorenko.

Details

"Electronic reports were one of the first services launched in "Army+". They started the fight against bureaucracy, simplified the lives of the military and freed up their time for what is really important," the Deputy Minister noted.

Chernogorenko stressed that commanders were able to show proper leadership to introduce the "Army+" application in their units.

"The path we have taken to this mark was difficult, but necessary. We were able to gain the trust of defenders, as well as the trust of commanders who showed leadership and perseverance in the implementation of electronic reports on the ground," she added.

Chernogorenko said that in general, a third of the reports covering the main issues of service have been digitized. The Ministry of Defense added that the next reports to be digitized will be related to obtaining certificates and financial issues.

How it works

"Reports are submitted in a few minutes. They have comprehensive information references that provide concise and clear advice and explanations of what documents may be needed when submitting a report. The reports themselves are created with a clear submission algorithm, and each step has prompts to help send it to the commander without errors," the Ministry of Defense explained.

The ministry also said that the most common reports are for health improvement (30%), annual leave (23%) and change of place of service (21%).

Addendum

Servicemen can anonymously share information about the barriers they face during their service. The results of the survey will be used to formulate recommendations on accessibility in the army.

The "Army+" application is gaining popularity. Currently, about 800,000 Ukrainian soldiers have already logged in. The Ministry of Defense also provided instructions for those who have problems logging in.
