The President stated that Ukraine already possesses unique experience in modern warfare, particularly in the use of drones, electronic warfare (EW), and protection against combined attacks.
"I proposed a Drone Deal for the EU. We discussed this with both Ursula von der Leyen and António Costa. It should be a multi-layered system,"
According to him, Europe needs to integrate Ukrainian combat experience into its own defense system.
"It is not enough just to have the tools. You also need real expertise in using these systems and the same speed of adaptation as the threats themselves. Right now, only our soldiers have this expertise,"
Zelenskyy also stated that Europe must become more self-sufficient in the military sphere.
"Europe cannot depend on shifting geopolitical moods,"
