President Zelenskyy discussed Ukraine's international activities, new security agreements with partners, legal measures against russian war criminals, and strengthening air defense against russian aggression in Sumy and other regions.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy chaired a meeting to discuss topical issues of Ukraine's international activities in March and April.
The Head of State announced his intention to sign new security agreements with partners, as well as to take new legal measures to bring russian war criminals to justice.
The President said that this step towards justice must be constantly energized and strengthened. He also expressed gratitude to all members of the team of the state and international institutions working for justice.
Special attention was paid to the situation in Sumy region, where russian armed forces continue to commit acts of terror and aggression. During this March, russian aviation conducted almost 200 attacks on civilians and infrastructure in the region.
The President called for strengthening air defense in all affected areas, including Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. He also drew attention to the need to accelerate the delivery of air defense systems, including F-16s.
Finally, the President emphasized the importance of countries that have weapons actually using them to protect people's lives, not to store them in warehouses.
It is important that the big countries that have the necessary weapons are really great at protecting life - not keeping these weapons somewhere in warehouses or storage, but that the petriots and everything else actually work to save lives.
