The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko, said this during a telethon on Friday, UNN reports.

They are constantly forced to increase the priority payments for signing a contract. Accordingly, they are gradually running out of monetary incentives. The incentive of, so to speak, great hatred and the so-called domestic war is irrelevant, because on the one hand, their propaganda does everything to prevent an ordinary resident of Moscow and St. Petersburg from thinking about what is happening in the Kursk region.
