Ukraine is applying power curtailment schedules for industry from 8:00 to 19:00. Due to the bad weather, 39 settlements in Khmelnytsky region are without power, and restoration work will continue until the end of the day.
In Ukraine today, from 8:00 to 19:00, power limitation schedules for industry are being applied, and during peak consumption hours, schedules of outages for household consumers are possible. "The Ukrainian power system continues to recover from thirteen massive Russian attacks since the beginning of this year. The need for economical electricity consumption remains," the company said.
According to the statement, emergency repair works at the power facilities are ongoing. "Power engineers are doing everything possible to bring the damaged equipment back into operation as soon as possible and replace the equipment destroyed by the enemy," the statement said.
"From 8:00 to 19:00 today, power limitation schedules for industry are being forced to be applied. And during the hours of peak consumption, it is possible to apply hourly outage schedules for household consumers," Ukrenergo noted.
It is noted that the situation in the power system is changing, and accordingly, changes in the application of restrictive measures are possible.
Bad weather
As a result of severe weather conditions, 39 settlements in Khmelnytsky Oblast were cut off from power in the morning. The power company's repair teams are working to restore power to customers. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day, the company said.

"The water level in the cooling pond is 14.12 meters. This is enough to meet the needs of the plant," Ukrenergo said.
