Light rain in places. In the morning, fog in the southern, most central, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions. The wind will be predominantly northeast, 5-10 m/s. The temperature during the day will be 14-19°. In the Carpathians, light wet snow and rain; the temperature will be 0-5° Celsius.
