Ukraine has solved the problem of the shortage of manpower on the battlefield by expanding the categories for mobilization and regrouping its own forces. This was stated by the Supreme Commander of the United Armed Forces of NATO in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, during hearings in the US Senate Armed Services Committee, reports UNN .
