Traitor who seized SBU building in Mariupol gets 15 years in prison

A commander involved in the seizure of the SBU building in Mariupol was sentenced to 15 years in prison for high treason.
The commander of a reconnaissance platoon of Russian occupiers, who participated in the seizure of the Security Service of Ukraine building in Mariupol, Donetsk region. This was reported by UNN with reference to the SBU.
Based on the SBU materials, two more traitors who fought against the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The convicts include the commander of a of a racist reconnaissance platoon that took part in the seizure of the SBU building in Mariupol

According to the investigation, the offender was a resident of Donetsk region who voluntarily joined the terrorists in 2014.
There he was appointed to the "separate motorized rifle brigade "Slavyanskaya" People's Militia of the DPR", which is subordinated to the command of the Southern military district of the Russian Federation. Later, the traitor headed the reconnaissance unit of the enemy unit, and at the end of February 2022, he took part in battles on the eastern front, in particular in Mariupol.
Another convict is a resident of Donetsk region who in July 2019 enlisted in the "separate artillery brigade of special purpose "Kalmius" of the 1st Army Corps of Russia.
After the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia, the militant was "sent" to the to the frontline of the eastern and southern fronts, where he carried out artillery shelling of OF THE UKRAINIAN ARMED FORCES. The attacker also used anti-tank weapons to deter counteroffensive operations of Ukrainian troops.
Based on the evidence collected, the court found both enemy accomplices guilty under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ ч. 1 and part 2 of Article 111 (high treason);
▪️ ч. 1 Art. 258-3 (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization);
▪️ ч. 2, Art. 260 (participation in the activities of armed armed groups).
Based on SBU materials, the court sentenced them to 15 years in prison in absentia with confiscation of property.
Since the convicts are in the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring them to justice.
