Tomorrow, Uhryniv-Dolhobychuv checkpoint will be opened for empty trucks

Starting December 4, Ukraine will open the Uhryniv-Dolhobyczów border to empty trucks weighing more than 7.5 tons to reduce congestion and increase capacity on the Ukrainian-Polish border.
Starting tomorrow, the Uhryniv-Dolhobychuv checkpoint will be opened for empty trucks. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, according to UNN.

From 01:00 on December 4, 2023, empty heavy vehicles with a total permissible weight of more than 7.5 tons (except for empty uncleaned tanks) will be allowed to pass from Ukraine to Poland
Border guards note that the opening of Uhryniv is the first item on the list of measures being implemented to unblock the border, reduce queues and increase the capacity of the Ukrainian-Polish border.

State Border Guard Service spokesman Andriy Demchenko said that due to border blocking by Polish carriers, a queue of more than 2,500 trucks has formed on the border towards Ukraine.
To recap,
Ukraine and Poland agreed to unblock the Uhryniv-Dolhobyczów checkpoint for empty trucks and to create separate passes for empty vehicles at the Yahodyn-Dorohusk and Krakivets-Korchova checkpoints in the eChechora system.
