The Ministry of Digital Transformation has provided Ukrainians with tips on how to stay connected and access the Internet during the power outage caused by Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy system: check for Internet providers with x-PON networks, find the nearest stable Internet access point, and set up mobile communications.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked 111 settlements and 71 infrastructure facilities in 13 regions of Ukraine, resulting in civilian casualties.
