Press Secretary Levitt did not directly answer about the Signal firings, but stressed that Trump trusts his national security team after the leak of plans.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt dodged a question about Signal-related dismissals. She noted that US President Donald Trump trusts the national security team, UNN reports, citing ABC.

Livitt was asked if she could say for sure that no one would lose their job because of the Signal scandal.
"I can say for sure what I was just talking to the president about, and he continues to trust his national security team," she replied.
Livitt was asked many times about the Signal group chat and whether there was classified information there, but the press secretary declined to discuss it further.
Recall
The editor of The Atlantic, Jeffrey Goldberg reported that he was accidentally added to a chat in Signal, where he witnessed a discussion of future attacks on Husite targets in Yemen.
This caused a heated debate in the White House: an investigation has been launched, and there is even talk that National Security Advisor Mike Volz should be fired.
In turn, Donald Trump supported Mike Volz after the incident with the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic getting into a closed chat where military plans were discussed. Trump said that the situation did not affect the military operation.
