USAID has allocated $25 million to the Energy Support Fund for Ukraine, the first U.S. contribution, to purchase equipment to
repair critical infrastructure. Ukraine's total contribution to this fund exceeds 329 million euros.
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
and the Energy Community Secretariat signed an agreement on a grant
on the U.S. contribution to the Energy Support Fund for Ukraine for $25 million
(23 million euros). This was reported by UNN with reference to the
the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

It is noted that this is
the first contribution of the United States to the Fund.

In total , Ukrainian partners have pledged to transfer
over 329 million euros. Of these, 192 million
have already been contributed by 15 public and private sector sponsors from different countries. The rest of the money is expected in the near future.
The funds will be used to purchase
equipment needed to restore energy companies.
In particular, between January 1 and November 27 of this year, 132 procurement agreements were concluded under the Fund
