The Unified Web Portal of Vacancies in State Medical Institutions is Now Available in Ukraine

The Ministry of Health has launched the Unified Web Portal of Vacant Positions in State Healthcare Institutions. The portal allows posting vacancy announcements, job searching and applying for positions in healthcare institutions.

The Unified Web Portal of vacant positions in public healthcare institutions has been launched in Ukraine. This was stated by the Ministry of Health, UNN reports.

Details

The agency explained that it is required by law to be used for recruitment to vacancies in state and municipal medical institutions, in particular, when holding a competition for the position of a manager.

At the same time, the requirement does not apply to privately owned healthcare facilities, healthcare facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, military formations, and special purpose law enforcement agencies.

The portal allows you to post vacancy announcements in medical institutions, look for a job, apply for published positions, post announcements about the results of competitions, etc.

The single web portal is available at the link: medvacancy.moz.gov.ua.

The information on the portal can be posted by the heads and authorized persons of healthcare institutions, members of the tender committee, which includes representatives of governing bodies. These persons must go through the electronic identification and authentication procedure and create a personal account. Candidates for the following positions can also register on the website

Healthcare institutions must submit information about a vacant position to the Unified Web Portal within 10 business days from the date of its creation or dismissal.

The Ministry of Health emphasizes that the use of the web portal is free of charge. All informational materials and instructions for different categories of users of the Single Web Portal have been sent to the heads of healthcare authorities and institutions.
