The Ukrainian military has driven the enemy out of the bridgehead on the right bank of the Oskil River in the area of the village of Novomlyns'k in the Kharkiv region. The defense forces conducted a successful operation to clear the territory and established control over the right bank.

As reported, in the area of the village of Novomlyns'k, Kupiansk district, the enemy tried to capture and hold a bridgehead on the right bank of the Oskil River. Having an advantage in forces, the enemy even crossed the water obstacle. At the same time, the Ukrainian defenders, with the support of artillery and UAV units, drove the enemy out of the bridgehead.
The soldiers of the 8th separate assault battalion of the 10th separate mountain-assault brigade "Edelweiss" carried out the clearing of the area around Novomlyns'k from the enemy forces. As a result of the successful operation, the enemy was destroyed. The right bank of the Oskil is under the control of the Defense Forces. Ukrainian flags are fluttering over Novomlyns'k.

On the front line over the past day, there were 201 combat clashes. The Russian occupiers most actively tried to break through the defense of the Ukrainian troops in the Kurakhovskyi direction - there the Defense Forces repelled 67 enemy attacks.
