The relevant Committee recommended that the Parliament create a State Register of persons affected by the aggression of the Russian Federation

A Verkhovna Rada committee proposes to create a State Register of Ukrainians affected by Russian aggression to record losses and facilitate compensation.
The Committee on Social Policy recommends to include in the agenda and adopt as a basis the draft law (No. 10256), which proposes to create a State Register of persons affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, UNN reports.
Details
The draft law provides for the creation of a State Register, which will contain data of citizens who suffered damage as a result of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. The register will contain data on information exchanges between state information systems in terms of exchanges of information on recording damage to the life and health of citizens as a result of armed aggression.
In addition, the register will contain data on the accounting of expenditures related to the provision of assistance and support to citizens affected by the war.
Citizens of Ukraine will have the opportunity to apply for personal compensation to the aggressor country within the framework of an international mechanism being formed by the Government
