The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the procedure for changing the place of service for military personnel, removing the requirement to indicate the position at the disposal. This will eliminate the possibility of manipulation when transferring between units.
The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the change of place of service for soldiers, sergeants and warrant officers. Now the order for transfer will not specify the military position. As indicated by the Ministry of Defense, this will eliminate the potential for abuse by military units, reports UNN.
Details
As indicated by the Ministry of Defense, from now on, when changing the place of service, the order for transfer will not specify the military position. Only his name, rank, unit number and taxpayer identification number will be indicated.
As noted by the Ministry of Defense, it was the indication of the position that allowed the military units in some cases to create obstacles to the transfer.
For example, a serviceman was transferred to another position within the unit. This allowed to refuse to change the place of service, since the positions in the order and the staff list did not match.
Addition
On November 15, the "Army+" application launched the transfer function from the unit.
