On July 3, at around 16:00, the Russian armed forces once again carried out air strikes on Kharkiv. One of the munitions hit an open area on the outskirts of the city, the other two hit residential buildings in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv.
Prosecutors found that the strikes were carried out from the village of Batratska Dacha in the Belgorod region of Russia. This time, the Russian armed forces used UMPB D-30.
"Eight people sought medical assistance, including an 8-year-old boy. Private houses, multi-storey buildings, a post office building and a service station were damaged," Filchakov said.
He added that prosecutors and police investigators are working at the site to record war crimes.
Criminal proceedings were initiated under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
