The National Security Committee explains when it will be instructed to draft a bill on demobilization

The Cabinet of Ministers will be instructed to draft a bill on the demobilization of military personnel after the law on mobilization is passed, MP Fedir Venislavskyy said.

After the draft law on mobilization No. 10449 is adopted in the second reading and in general , the Cabinet of Ministers will automatically be instructed to draft a bill on the demobilization of military personnel. This was reported to UNN by MP, member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedir Venislavsky.

In this law (on mobilization - ed.), which is to be adopted, in the final and transitional provisions, this instruction (on the development of a draft law on demobilization - ed.) is enshrined

 - Venislavsky said.

The MP noted that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should develop and submit this draft law to the Parliament.

Addendum

On April 9, UNN sources reportedthat demobilization is planned to be excluded from the draft law on mobilization.

MP Oleksiy Honcharenko reported later that  the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence  had excluded provisions on demobilization and rotation of military personnel while discussing amendments to the draft law on mobilization.

On April 10, Honcharenko said that the vote on the mobilization bill is likely to take place tomorrow
