The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has clarified how to check whether enforcement proceedings have been opened against a person who evades military registration.

If a person has received a fine from the TCC and enforcement proceedings have been opened against him or her, he or she will see information about himself or herself in the Automated System of Enforcement Proceedings (ASEP). This was reminded by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, UNN reports.

Details

As noted, a person can find out whether enforcement proceedings are opened against him or her directly through the DIA and does not need to visit the relevant state enforcement agency.

In the automated system of enforcement proceedings, you can search by your name and surname. The Ministry of Justice pointed out that it is in the DAP that enforcement documents and documents of enforcement proceedings are registered and all enforcement actions are recorded.

You can search for information through the website using the following parameters:

  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • day, month, year of birth of the debtor - an individual and the surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the recoverer - an individual;
  • name, identification code in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations for the legal entity - debtor and recoverer;
  • number of enforcement proceedings.

The information also contains information about the time of its posting.

Addendum Addendum

The agency also reminded that if the TCC imposed a fine on a person who evades military registration and the person is in no hurry to pay it voluntarily, this may result in the seizure of funds in the debtor's accounts, further debiting of funds from these accounts, as well as seizure of property for the purpose of its further sale.
