The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has recognized the Zelensky estate as an architectural monument. The owner is obliged to restore the building, otherwise it will be returned to state or municipal ownership of the city.
The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine has recognized the Malin (Zelensky) estate as an architectural monument. This was reported by UNN with reference to activist Dmytro Perov.
Details
The Department of Cultural Heritage Protection of the KCSA should include Malina's estate in the List of Kyiv's monuments.
In addition, the owner is obliged to restore the building to its original condition, otherwise it will be returned to state or municipal ownership of the city. According to him, the relevant decision was supported unanimously.
Yesterday (July 22 - ed.), the Advisory Council did not support granting the historic building the status of a monument. According to council member Bohdan Kodushko, it has no historical, architectural or cultural value

The police served suspicion on the owner of the building, on whose instructions the Zelensky estate in Kyiv was demolished. He is charged with intentional damage to property that has been seized.
