Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mykola Tochytskyi called for sanctions not only against Russia, but also against countries that support Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.

Sanctions should be imposed not only against the Russian economy, but also against countries that continue to support Russia in its unprovoked armed aggression against Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mykola Tochytskyi during the Second Black Sea Security Conference, according to a correspondent of UNN.

"We need to be more selective with these sanctions... We need to do sectoral efforts, air traffic sanctions, so that they realize that they need to return to respecting international law," Tochytsky said.

In addition, he noted that the effect of sanctions is not instantaneous.

"After some time, we will see that Russia will be thrown  back several years economically. One way or another, sanctions should be imposed not only against the Russian economy, but also against countries that continue to support Russia (in the war - ed.)," Tochytsky said.
