The enemy attacked Ukraine on the night of July 12 with 13 missiles and 115 drones. Air defense forces destroyed 102 targets

On the night of July 12, Russian troops launched 13 missiles and 115 drones of various types against Ukraine. Air defense forces shot down or suppressed 102 aerial targets. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as reported by UNN.

The attack began around 18:00 on July 11. Russia launched nine Kh-59/69 guided aviation missiles and four Kh-31 anti-radiation missiles from the southern direction.

In addition, the occupiers used 115 attack and reconnaissance drones. Among them were conventional and jet-powered Shaheds, drones of the "Gerbera" and "Italmas" types, as well as "Parody" decoy drones.

The drones were launched from areas of Russian Kursk, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Millerovo, as well as from occupied Donetsk and Hvardiiske in Crimea.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, mobile fire groups, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems units.

As of 08:30, air defense forces shot down or suppressed seven Kh-59/69 missiles and 95 Russian drones in the north, south, center, and east of Ukraine.

At the same time, two Kh-59/69 missiles and 19 attack drones hit targets at 12 locations. In another 12 locations, the fall of debris from downed aerial targets was recorded.

Four Kh-31 anti-radiation missiles did not reach their targets. Information on the consequences of the attack is currently being clarified.

The Air Force emphasized that the attack is still ongoing: several Russian drones remain in the airspace. Ukrainians were urged not to ignore air raid warning signals.

Over the past day, 260 combat engagements occurred on the front line. The enemy used 8,866 kamikaze drones and 244 guided aerial bombs.
