The case of former Naftogaz CEO Kobolyev on payment of bonuses for more than UAH 229 million has been sent to court

An indictment against former Naftogaz CEO Andriy Kobolyev, suspected of illegally receiving bonuses worth over UAH 229 million, has been sent to court.
An indictment was sent to the court and the term of office was extended and the term of his duties in the case against the former Chairman of the Board of "of Naftogaz, Andriy Kobolyev. He was illegally paid bonuses worth over UAH 229 million in bonuses. This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
On November 29, 2023 the SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of the NABU pre-trial investigation, sent to court an indictment against the former Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine on charges of abuse of office
On November 30, the HACC granted the prosecutor's the prosecutor's motion and extended the term of the duties imposed on Kobolyev in in connection with the application of bail.
Addendum
On November 2, the High Anti-Corruption Anti-Corruption Court extended for another month the duties imposed on Andriy Kobolyev, the former head of Naftogaz of Ukraine, for another month.
The suspect is is obliged to:
- come at every request of the detective, prosecutor, investigating judge and court;
- notify the detective, prosecutor of any change of his/her place of residence;
- refrain from communicating with the persons specified in the court order;
- to deposit all their passports with the State Migration Service of Ukraine for traveling abroad.
Earlier, the HACCU reduced the amount of bail for Andriy Kobolyev from UAH 229.25 million to UAH 107.12 million. million UAH.
