The Cabinet of ministers decided to provide financial support to fish farmers in the de-occupied regions

The Cabinet of ministers approved the procedure for financial support of freshwater fish producers in the occupied territories. Compensation will cover the cost of growing and purchasing fish planting material.
The government has decided to help freshwater fish producers in the unoccupied territories, writes UNN with reference to The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and food of Ukraine.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the procedure for compensation to entrepreneurs who grow freshwater fish in de-occupied and war-affected territories.
The resolution "on approval of the procedure for using the funds provided in the state budget to provide financial support to producers engaged in agricultural activities for breeding, keeping, and growing freshwater fish in the territories de-occupied and affected by military operations" was adopted at the next meeting.
Entrepreneurs will be able to receive compensation in the amount of up to 30% of expenses (excluding value-added tax) on:
cultivation of fish planting material for its further implementation;
acquisition of fish planting material for stocking water bodies for the purpose of production of marketable products.
Applications for financial support will be accepted through the state agrarian register.
