Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced the conclusion of 160 agreements worth over 10 billion euros at the URC2026 conference in Gdańsk. Among the key results are the first EU tranche of 3.2 billion euros and an agreement with the World Bank for 3.4 billion dollars.
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko summed up the results of the Ukraine Recovery Conference URC2026 in Gdansk, reporting the conclusion of 160 agreements totaling over 10 billion euros. She wrote about the forum's outcomes on Telegram, reports UNN.

According to Svyrydenko, the agreements reached were the result of the daily work of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the entire Ukrainian team. She emphasized that the conference brought Ukraine new financial instruments, international partnerships, and reconstruction projects.
Funding from the EU and the World Bank
Among the key results, the Prime Minister named the first tranche of a new European Union financial instrument worth 3.2 billion euros, as well as an agreement with the World Bank for 3.4 billion dollars.
In addition, the launch of the European Flagship Reconstruction Fund for Ukraine and the creation of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund were announced.
Reconstruction of housing, roads, and energy
As a result of the conference, it was also possible to attract 140 million euros for housing programs and to conclude an agreement with the European Investment Bank on the restoration and protection of roads in frontline regions.
Separately, the parties agreed on new partnerships in the areas of the defense industry and energy.
