Kyiv • UNN
The government is working to create a "Single Window" system in the Centers for Administrative Services to provide integrated services to veterans and their families, allowing them to access various administrative services in one place with a single set of documents.
The government is working to integrate services for veterans into the system of Administrative Service Centers. This is stated in the presentation "Single Window in the ASC as a tool for providing quality administrative services to veterans and their families," prepared by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, UNN reports.
Details
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs made the presentation at a meeting on veteran policy chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk. The presentation outlined strategies for integrating all available services for veterans into the system of Administrative Service Centers. It is noted that the ASCs have proven to be the most adapted to modern challenges.
In order to simplify the lives of veterans and their families, an approach is already being implemented whereby one set of documents will allow them to apply to the ASC, which will then distribute this data to all relevant organizations
The Single Window in the ASC will provide for:
- creating a unified database of services for war veterans;
- maximum awareness of their capabilities;
- creating convenient, high-quality and affordable conditions for receiving administrative services;
- Implementation of an integrated approach - obtaining a range of administrative services in one place from one or more service providers.
Recall
The government has simplified the procedure for receiving one-time financial assistance to persons with war-related disabilities and family members of fallen (deceased, missing) defenders of Ukraine by allowing them to apply through Administrative Service Centers.
