Ukraine is working with international partners to create a comprehensive reform matrix covering areas ranging from the economy to education, reaffirming its commitment to reform despite Russian aggression.

The government, together with partners, is preparing a reform matrix that will cover all areas. This was emphasized by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the opening of the OECD ministerial meeting, UNN reports.

"Currently, together with our partners, we are preparing a reform matrix - comprehensive analytical data on all the reform commitments that Ukraine has undertaken. This is a clear roadmap that includes key reforms of the Ukrainian government, as well as recommendations and suggestions from our international partners," Shymhal wrote on Telegram.

According to him, these include IMF benchmarks, recommendations from the European Commission, developments with the World Bank and the OECD, and a reform plan under the EU's 4-year Ukraine Facility initiative, which is currently being developed.

"The reform matrix will cover all areas: from the economy and digitalization to the rule of law and educational reform," the Prime Minister said.

Shmyhal emphasized that, despite Russia's full-scale aggression, Ukraine's commitment to reforms and national transformation remains unwavering.
