Shmyhal announced the launch of preferential lending for the installation of energy equipment

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced that the government has launched preferential lending programs for the installation of energy equipment. According to him, loans worth UAH 14.1 billion have already been granted, writes UNN with reference to the Telegram of the head of government.

468 cogeneration plants and 284 block-modular boiler houses with a total capacity of over 1.4 GW have already been delivered to the regions. Priority is given to front-line regions. Work is underway to install and put the equipment into operation

According to Shmyhal, in order to strengthen Ukraine's energy independence, the government has launched preferential lending programs for the installation of energy equipment for the population and business.

The programs are working successfully. In particular, 3.8 thousand applications for UAH 81.7 billion have been received from businesses. Loans worth UAH 14.1 billion have already been granted

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, that the agreement not to strike at the infrastructure of Ukraine and Russia includes absolutely all objects related to energy. Ukraine does not strike at Russian energy, the Russian Federation should not strike at Ukrainian energy.

Ukrenergo reported that electricity consumption remains at a level that corresponds to seasonal indicators. There is a need for economical consumption in the evening hours, it is especially important not to turn on powerful equipment simultaneously from 17:00 to 21:00.
