Ukrainian prime minister Denys Shmyhal discussed with experts the confiscation of frozen russian assets to finance Ukraine's recovery needs, which the World Bank estimates at 4 486 billion, including sovereign assets, oligarchs ' assets and a special tax on russian resources after the victory.
