A woman in Odesa asked a military friend to scare her husband with a fake mobilization during a divorce; the military illegally used an ambulance for this purpose, which led to an internal investigation.
The CCC staff had nothing to do with the incident in Odesa, where the military forced a man into a medical vehicle with military license plates. As it turned out, the woman asked her acquaintance, a military man, to "scare her husband, with whom she is in divorce proceedings, with mobilization. UNN reports this with reference to the Operational Command "South".
Regarding the situation with the use of a special purpose vehicle in the incident at the Rainbow Residential Complex in Odesa. It is reported that the video circulated showed an attempt by the military to force a man into a medical vehicle with military license plates.
"An analysis of the circumstances showed that the unconscious citizen asked her acquaintance, a soldier in one of the brigades performing a combat mission in eastern Ukraine, to "scare" her husband with mobilization, with whom she is in divorce proceedings and cannot reach an agreement on the division of property," the statement said.
The "Pivden" military command noted that the serviceman succumbed to the woman's persuasion and, while performing tasks to deliver (escort) the wounded and sick of the brigade to medical institutions in Odesa, in violation of the established requirements and procedure, persuaded his colleagues to participate in "intimidating a citizen with mobilization," which was carried out using special service vehicles.
"The internal investigation is currently underway, the degree of guilt of each participant in the incident regarding the abuse of duty is being established, and a criminal offense has been registered in the URPI. The special vehicle has been returned to the brigade, where it is being used for its intended purpose," the statement said.

Earlier, it was reported that in Odesa, employees of the JVC TCC detained menusing an ambulance. In this regard, the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support promised to check the actions of the military personnel.
