Explosions were heard in Kharkiv, and residents were warned to be cautious because of shelling by Russian occupation forces.
Several explosions have been heard in Kharkiv, according to the city's mayor Igor Terekhov. The head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Syniehubov, warned Kharkiv and Kharkiv district that Russian occupants are striking, UNN reports.
