Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutorial bodies of Kherson Oblast, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the facts of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
According to the investigation data, on April 25, 2026, the Russian army shelled populated areas of Kherson Oblast using artillery, mortar weapons, and drones. As of 17:30, it was recorded that seven people were injured as a result of the Russian aggression.
Six peaceful residents of Kherson and one resident of Sadove sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity as a result of the occupiers using UAVs. In addition, private and multi-apartment houses, medical and cultural facility buildings, and vehicles were damaged
Prosecutors, together with investigators, continue to document the consequences of the shelling and war crimes committed by the armed formations of the aggressor state.
