SBI completes investigation into Odesa RCCC employee who helped evade mobilization

The State Bureau of Investigation has completed an investigation into an employee of the Malynovskyi RTC in Odesa who entered false data into the Oberih database. For $4-7 thousand, he helped at least seven people avoid mobilization.
SBI officers have completed a pre-trial investigation against an employee of the Malynivka RTC and Odesa JV, who has been helping people avoid mobilization for a bribe since March 2024. Previously, the man was detained in October, UNN reports citing the SBI.

It is reported that the indictment has been sent to court.
The illegal scheme had been in place since March 2023. An employee of one of the departments of the TCC unauthorizedly corrected the data of persons liable for military service in the electronic database “Oberih” for 4-7 thousand US dollars. He entered false information about the men's unfitness for service, which allowed them to travel abroad
It is also known that during the period of his activity, the dealer managed to make at least seven evaders “unfit”. He has now been released and is in custody.
The detainee pleaded guilty in full and expressed a desire to rehabilitate himself before the law by fighting for victory in the ranks of the Armed Forces.
