As for Kupyansk, the situation is much more complicated. The enemy was tasked with reaching Kupyansk-Kuzlovyi by November 1, to seize the left bank of Kupyansk region. The enemy failed to accomplish this task. He failed because of the fierce resistance of the Defense Forces. We have the means to see the enemy, to beat him in a timely manner and, as a result, the enemy has not had any significant successes on the battlefield over the past week, although it suffers serious losses in manpower every day

- Fedorenko said.

He noted that the enemy still retains the capabilities and reserves to implement the defined tasks.

“The next deadline set by the generals of the Russian troops is to reach Kupyansk-Kuzlovyi by the new year,” added Fedorenko.
