Russians shell Kherson region: 78-year-old man killed

In the village of Sadove in Kherson region, a 78-year-old man died as a result of Russian shelling.

In the afternoon, on December 3, the Russian army shelled the village of Sadove in the Kherson city territorial community. This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko and the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, UNN reports.

The prosecutor's office added that the man received injuries incompatible with life in his own garage. The shell hit the building directly.

Addendum 

It is noted that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

"Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces," law enforcement officials added.
