Russians recruit Ukrainian youth in the occupied territories - National Resistance Center

Russia is creating “patriotic” organizations to recruit Ukrainian youth in the occupied territories. The National Resistance Center calls for reporting cases of involvement of teenagers in such projects.

Under the guise of teaching patriotism, Russians continue a large-scale campaign to recruit young people in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.  This was stated by the Center for National Resistance, UNN reports .

In particular, the occupiers are creating a network of various patriotic organizations. For example, a new branch of the so-called “Young Guard” was recently opened in the village of Vesele, Zaporizhzhia region. 

The Resistance explains that such structures position themselves as platforms for self-realization, leadership development, and patriotic education. Young people are involved in various propaganda activities and, ultimately, military training. They are promised the opportunity to “change the world”

In reality, young people become just a tool in the hands of the occupiers, and the programs themselves are aimed at recruiting cannon fodder for further wars of the Kremlin

The Center for National Resistance calls to report the curators of such projects and cases of recruitment of adolescents to participate in such camps. Every crime must not go unpunished.

The National Resistance Center has found out that more than 100 thousand school diaries with Russian propaganda are planned to be distributed in the occupied Donetsk region. The diaries were developed by pseudo-historians with funding from the Kremlin and contain distorted historical facts.
