The Russian military has built a new pontoon crossing over the Seim River in Kursk Oblast, 500 meters from the previous one. Satellite images also show traces of fighting and fires in the village of Chervonozhovtneve.
The Russian military in the Kursk region has set up a new pontoon crossing over the Seim River next to the one that disappeared after its construction, the Russian service of Radio Liberty reported the night before, UNN reports.

A satellite image from August 20 reportedly "shows that a new crossing of the Seim River in the Kursk region between the villages of Zvannoye and Glushkovo has appeared just 500 meters upstream.
In addition, according to the report, "traces of fighting can be seen in the area of the village of Krasnooctober". As noted, Russian "military commanders" wrote about the fighting in this area three days ago, but, according to them, it did not affect the village itself. At the same time, the image of August 20 shows numerous traces of fires in Krasnooctober, the newspaper writes.
