Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked three communities in Chernihiv region with drones, using artillery and mortars, in the Snovsk community, allegedly due to a Shahed drone strike , critical infrastructure facilities were damaged, the operational command "North" reported on Thursday, UNN reports.

According to the "Pivden" commando unit, it was recorded in Chernihiv region:
- Semenivka community: Leonivka - 1 explosion, probably a drone.
- Snovsk community: Snovsk - 1 explosion, allegedly by a Shahed UAV, damaged critical infrastructure. Hirsk - 3 explosions, possibly 152 mm artillery. Yeline - 8 explosions, probably 152-mm cannon artillery. Khrinivka - 4 explosions, likely 152mm cannon artillery.
- Novhorod-Siversk community: Mykhalchyna Sloboda - 6 explosions, possibly from a 120-mm mortar. Hremiak - 9 explosions, probably a 120-mm mortar.
Reportedly, a total of 41 hostile attacks (144 explosions) from various types of weapons were recorded over the course of the day in the border areas of Chernihiv, Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
