Russian troops shelled Sumy region 7 times overnight, causing 18 explosions due to strikes from drones, mortars, artillery and ammunition drops, the Sumy RMA reported on Thursday, UNN reports.

"At night and in the morning, the Russians fired 7 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region. 18 explosions were recorded," the RMA reported on Telegram.
As indicated, Khotyn, Miropil, Bilopil, Krasnopil, and Druzhbivka communities were shelled.
- Druzhbivska community: 2 FPV drones attacked (2 explosions).
- Krasnopilska community: the enemy fired from mortars (7 explosions).
- Miropilska community: Russians attacked with artillery (3 explosions).
- Bilopilska community: a UAV dropping ammunition (2 explosions) and mortar shelling (3 explosions) were recorded.
- Khotyn community: an explosive ordnance was dropped from a UAV (1 explosion).
