Russian drone attacks IAEA vehicle in Zaporizhzhia region

In Zaporizhzhia region, a Russian FPV drone attacked an IAEA convoy, damaging one of the vehicles. President Zelenskyy called on international partners to respond decisively to the incident.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the occupiers in Zaporizhzhia region had attacked an IAEA vehicle with a drone and added that this attack clearly demonstrated how Russia treats everything related to international law, international institutions and security, UNN reports.
On a road in Zaporizhia region, a region where Russia continues to illegally hold a nuclear power plant it has seized, a Russian FPV drone attacked an IAEA convoy tasked with ensuring nuclear safety around the world. The strike was carried out on one of the cars of the column. Fortunately, there were no casualties. This attack clearly demonstrated how Russia treats everything related to international law, international institutions and security. The Russians could not have been unaware of their target. They knew exactly what they were doing and acted consciously.
He stressed that this strike requires a clear and decisive response from both the IAEA and other international partners, and silence or inaction will only encourage further crimes.
