Russian troops attacked Kherson in the morning, damaged and burned cars, hitting the garage of a motor transport company, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said on Thursday, UNN reports.

"Russian occupants attacked Kherson in the morning. The garage of a motor transport company came under fire. Some of the vehicles were burned out, some were damaged," Prokudin said on Telegram.
