Russian farmers massively report unbearable fuel costs and warn of the impossibility of harvesting. The CPD notes that all resources are directed to the war, while the civilian sector is supplied on a residual basis.
The Russian agricultural sector is facing the threat of a large-scale collapse on the eve of the harvest campaign due to a critical shortage and record-high prices for diesel fuel, which is a direct consequence of the ongoing war. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD), informs UNN.

It is noted that the situation on the ground is catastrophic: farmers are massively declaring the "unaffordable cost" of fuel and openly warning that due to a lack of funds, they will not be able to harvest the crops, while government structures and agencies of the Russian Federation in their reports paint a parallel reality about the "full provision of the industry with fuel."
The fuel crisis has once again clearly demonstrated the real priorities of the Kremlin: the main thing is war. All available resources are directed either to meeting the needs of the military-industrial complex and the army, or to "gray" exports for foreign currency earnings
They add that the civilian sector, in particular agriculture, on which the well-being of the population depends, is provided for in the Russian Federation on a residual basis.
