Ukrainian journalist Dmytro Khilyuk, abducted by Russia in 2022, is reportedly alive in Russian captivity but is being tortured.

Russia has not reported on the official whereabouts of Ukrainian journalist Dmytro Khilyuk, but unofficially there is such information, as well as information about the use of torture against him.

This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets during a press conference, according to the journalist of UNN.
