In the Russian regions, "agitation trains" began to run, which are painted with militaristic prints, glorifying military service, Russian weapons and equipment in order to stop the decline in the number of people willing to join the army. In this way, they are trying to influence the population to join the ranks of the occupation army. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate, according to UNN.

Representatives of the Russian regime in the regions have been demanded by the Kremlin to fulfill the spring conscription plan and prevent its disruption, as a decrease in the number of conscripts will mean a decrease in the number of people willing to sign a contract with the Russian army, which continues its genocidal war against Ukraine and occupation of our territories
