The Russian military completely destroyed four villages in the Kursk region - not all residents were evacuated. The enemy changed its tactics and began attacking at night, trying to break into the Ukrainian defense.
The Russian military destroyed at least four villages in the Kursk region of Russia. This was stated by the spokesman for the commandant's office of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sudzha, Alexei Dmitrashkovsky, during a telethon, UNN reports.
Dmytrashkivsky noted that the enemy is constantly attacking Ukrainian units in Kursk region, but in addition, Russians are constantly striking at civilians.
"At least 4 villages have been completely destroyed so far. This is Sverdlikovo, people have been evacuated from there, although about 9 people are left there. Lebedivka has been completely destroyed. About four people are left to live there. Daryino, Leonidovo, Mala Loknya," said Dmytrashkivsky.
According to him, the enemy is constantly conducting air strikes on the city of Suja itself, and every day these strikes are getting closer to the places where people are hiding, people who are moving from the destroyed settlements.
"In general, the enemy is constantly attacking, constantly maneuvering. His tactics have changed somewhat, he does not start working early in the morning, as he always did, but works from nightfall. Columns move out at night and try to penetrate the Ukrainian defense, and then expand these footholds," said Dmytrashkivsky.
