On August 18, the Run for the Language race will take place to support the study of the Ukrainian language and Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories. The event is timed to coincide with Independence Day. The race will be held in Kyiv, but you can join it remotely. This was reported by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, UNN reports.

On Independence Day, the "United" Movement is holding a race "Running for the language" to support Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories, as well as those who are afraid of judgment, mistakes and think it is too late to learn Ukrainian

The race will take place in Kyiv in the first pavilion of the National Complex Expocenter of Ukraine. You can also take part remotely from August 18 to 24 from anywhere in the world.

It is noted that participants of the event can choose a convenient and feasible distance during registration. Among the proposed options: 1 km, 5 km, 10 km. For children, 100 and 500 meters are available.
