Revenge for Kyivstar has begun: Ukrainian hackers destroyed Rosvodokanal's IT infrastructure

Ukrainian hackers, possibly affiliated with the SBU, carried out a cyberattack on Rosvodokanal, encrypting more than 6,000 computers and deleting 50 TB of data.

Ukrainian hackers, who may be related to the SBU, have destroyed the IT infrastructure of Rosvodokanal. This was reported to UNN by a source who noted that this was "the beginning of revenge for Kyivstar".

According to the source of UNN, hackers of the Blackjack group, probably with the support of SBU cyber specialists, carried out a powerful cyber operation and destroyed the IT infrastructure of Rosvodokanal.

"During the attack, they encrypted more than 6,000 computers and deleted more than 50 TB of data: internal document flow, corporate mail, cyber security services, backups, etc. Now Rosvodokanal's work is blocked," the source told UNN.

According to sources, the SBU is already analyzing 1.5 TB of downloaded data from Rosvodokanal, Russia's largest private company that provided water to 7 million consumers.
