In particular, the interagency working group proposes to cancel:

  • Approval of the project of enterprise re-profiling
  • Approval of the use of stove heating in computer gaming facilities located in rural areas with up to 10 gaming seats
  • Approval of the text of the label for labeling packaged drinking water and other accompanying information on its origin and properties
  • Approval of the frequency and scope of bacteriological control of production
  • Approval of materials for the production of printed materials for children
  • Approval of the schedule and scope of radiation monitoring during the daily operation of the X-ray room
  • Notification of intention to carry out practical activities with ionizing radiation sources
  • Approval of establishing the category of an enterprise or facility that applies radiation and nuclear technologies or uses radiation sources

The abolition of outdated and irrelevant instruments in sanitary rules and regulations will reduce the burden on business. In particular, entrepreneurs will be able to save time and money by reducing the number of permits they need to obtain. This, in turn, will lead to business growth and stabilization of Ukraine's economy as a whole

- explained Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Oleksiy Sobolev.

At the same time, the IWG also proposes to optimize 47 instruments to bring them in line with the current legislation. These are:

  • Expert opinion on the quality and safety of products of animal and plant origin
  • Registration of chemical and biological substances, synthetic and polymeric materials intended for use in the coal industry
  • Permission to sell finished egg products from the enterprise
