A video has been posted online showing two women and a man in a wheelchair demanding the release of their relative, who was detained for violating military registration. The footage also shows a man in a military uniform pushing one of the women against a man in a wheelchair, causing both to fall to the ground. In Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district TCC and JV responded to the video and the actions of the employees, UNN writes.
"On 11.07.2024, at about 18. 00 hours, a group of civilians (5 women and a man in a wheelchair) arrived at the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi RCC and JCC with demands to release their relative, who was brought to the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi RCC and JCC by representatives of the National Police of Ukraine for violating the rules of military registration, namely, the citizen was wanted due to failure to appear on a summons," reads the official explanation of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District RCC and JCC.
They note that at 19:00, the relatives of the citizens began to demand that the guards of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi RCC and JV allow them to enter the center and call the management. However, the military personnel on duty denied them access, referring to the Instruction defining the procedure for access control.
"When they were denied access to the territory, the women demanded that their relative be released, arguing that the above-mentioned citizen had been illegally detained. At the same time, they constantly provoked the soldiers of the security company to commit illegal actions against them, insulting them," the TCC added.
It also became known that after the head of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi RTCC and JV had a conversation with the citizen's relatives, the latter was served with a summons indicating a different date of arrival at the RTCC and JV.
"Regarding the expressive behavior of a serviceman of the security company of the Belgorod-Dniester RCCC and JV, which was recorded on camera, we would like to inform you that currently the vast majority of the personnel of the RCCC and JV are servicemen transferred from combat units for health reasons due to severe injuries, and who are often in the process of rehabilitation and adaptation to serving in the rear units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the TCC added.
